Stories Told Through Symbols 🌿

The Secret of Symbols: A Story of a Strange Encounter

Before you start unraveling the symbols, first embark on the journey of the story itself ➡️ A Story of a Strange Encounter

🎨 This painting is full of symbols. Some you’ll decipher right away, others may take their time.
While I was working on it, I thought: someone might find this a bit macabre.
And they’d be right.
But don’t worry – no one was harmed in the making of this piece.
Well… except for one colored pencil.
It just couldn’t handle the pressure. :-)🕯️

My stories speak through symbols

Each of us may hear something different in them – and that’s perfectly fine.
That’s why I always give you time to find your own answer first – to discover your own treasure.
My interpretation comes later – so you don’t mistake the key for the treasure. 😊
Here you can find my view of the symbols – just as they came to me.🌿

Seeing the world from above doesn’t mean being above it.
It means looking with perspective – while staying present in the heart.
Only when our parts come together can we truly be whole.
As above, so below. As within, so without.

When we view life from a higher place, we’re not separating from what lies beneath us. On the contrary – we stay centered.
The outside world passes us by more lightly.
We see it more clearly, even if it no longer pulls us in as strongly.

Growing spiritually doesn’t mean leaving the physical behind.
It’s not about floating away into the clouds –
but about integrating all our aspects.
To be human – in body and in soul.

Not denying one, nor glorifying the other.
Because once we suppress either, imbalance arises.
And without balance, we can’t be whole.
Something will always be missing.

What matters is staying receptive – to both sides.
And then, maybe, the two will merge – and only consciousness will remain.

I imagine a circle.
People sitting around a fire, each with their story.
Sharing. Connecting.

The spiritual, the mental, the physical – all in one being.
And all in one circle.

Sometimes, our spiritual side ignores the physical.
Other times, the physical forgets the spiritual.

But when they meet – when they truly see each other – it’s something beautiful.
And that’s when it begins.
First within. Then with others.

We’re capable of so many beautiful things.
But we often don’t see it.
We downplay it. We doubt it.

Spirit makes fun of the body, and the body mocks the spirit.

And when life is going well?
We’re afraid to look deeper.
What if we’ve been wrong our whole life?

But being whole doesn’t mean being flawless.
It means seeing the full picture.
As above, so below. As within, so without.

Thank you for visiting and I look forward to seeing you at the next story. 🍀
